Job Description:

Class 1 NIGHT Trunks

HAYDOCK

Nights (start 18:00)

Our client is looking for NIGHT Trunk drivers to deliver loads to their own DCs across the UK.  The load is based on stillages, so the FLT does all the work. No handballing. Just open and close the curtains on site.  Approx 10-hour shifts. 

£17.00 or £19.05 inc hol pay M-F Days 

£18.00 or £20.17 inc hol pay M-F Night 

£19.50 or £21.85 inc hol pay Sat 

£21.00 or £23.53 inc hol pay Sun / BHol

Here is what the clients’ criteria is to work here:-

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 6 months in C&E work)
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
• Enjoy working with people at the stores
• Health & Safety awareness

Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
