Fabricator Panel Beater

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a Fabricator Panel Beater for our prestigious client in the Accrington area.

Salary

£38,000 per year.

Overtime.

Day Shift

Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30.

Friday 08:00 – 14:00.

37.5 hours a week.

Experience Required

Previous experience as a Fabricator / Panel Beater, ideally within a commercial vehicle or body repair environment.

Experience repairing and fabricating components on trailers and trucks.

MIG welding on a variety of metal components.

Panel beating, cutting, shaping and fitting metal panels.

Utilise a range of hand and power tools.

Ability to carry out structural and body repairs to a high standard.

Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.

Operate in line with health and safety procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced garage, body repair or engineering environment.

This role is suited for a Fabricator Panel Beater who has previous experience repairing commercial vehicles, trailers or similar heavy-duty equipment within a fast-paced garage or body repair environment.

You will be required to carry out panel repairs, fabrication, MIG welding, cutting, shaping and fitting of metal components, whilst ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

The right candidate will be hands-on, mechanically minded, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment.

You will need to demonstrate previous experience in fabrication and panel beating and be comfortable working on a variety of trucks and trailers.
