Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a growing legal team in Manchester. You will work closely with the existing Private Client team, supporting fee earners across a varied caseload and working under the supervision of the Department Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing general administration and paralegal support within the Private Client department
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting fee earners with their caseloads and ongoing matters
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and other third parties
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day Private Client work
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and within required timescales

Requirements

• Previous experience within a Private Client department is desirable
• Experience working within a busy law firm environment
• Good understanding of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines
• Professional and client-focused approach
