University Administrator (Temporary)Central Manchester |

£14.30 per hour + holiday pay |

We are recruiting a Data Entry Administrator to join a busy International Student Admissions team in Central Manchester. This is a temporary ongoing assignment, initially until the end of October, with the potential to be extended.

Key Duties:

• Accurate data entry and record management
• Managing and triaging queries through shared inboxes
• Processing admissions-related information
• Responding to routine enquiries and escalating where required
• General administrative support to the admissions team
• Requirements:
• Previous administration and data entry experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing busy inboxes desirable
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications

Working Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
• Thursday office attendance is mandatory
• Attendance required during Welcome Week and Student Recruitment Days
